To avoid soiling or discoloration, it is advisable to remove coarse dirt or stains immediately. Use a soft, damp cloth, but avoid excessive rubbing. Dry dirt can be carefully brushed out.

We strongly advise against cleaning the products in the washing machine, as this can lead to material damage, deformation or discoloration.

The fittings are surface-finished. Due to mechanical friction, for example between the D-ring and carabiner, signs of wear may appear on the surface over time. However, such signs of wear do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Tableware

We strongly recommend attaching the leash to the D-ring on the back of the dog harness, as this provides a central point and allows for better control. It also distributes the pressure evenly and minimizes the risk of pain or injury. Fastening exclusively to the front chest ring can lead to deformation and increased wear. The front chest ring provides additional steering, but should not replace the main attachment point.

Collar
To keep your product in good condition for as long as possible, please ensure that it is properly cared for. Dog collars in particular are subjected to heavy wear and tear through daily use. Please grease the leather parts from time to time. This collection is also not suitable for swimming and should be protected from extreme moisture. If the collar comes into contact with water, we recommend that you allow it to dry thoroughly. This keeps the collar supple and durable.

Outdoor collection

The material is water-resistant. Soiling can be washed off under running water. Please do not put in the washing machine, as this could deform the material.

The fittings in the Outdoor collection are made of solid brass. Pay attention to material compatibility: When using carabiners made of zinc alloys, wear or chemical reactions may occur if they come into contact with brass. This could cause discoloration, but is not dangerous for the dog.

For brass fittings, we recommend cleaning with household remedies such as vinegar or lemon juice, followed by polishing. Avoid contact with aggressive cleaning agents or strong chemicals, as these can damage the material.

Colorful collection

The Kunterbunt collection is machine washable at 30 degrees. Please use a laundry net to prevent damage to the fittings and the washing machine. However, please do not wash the Kunterbunt collection too often in the washing machine as the colors can fade.
